CANCELLATION POLICY
To honor both your time and mine, cancellations made 48–24 hours before an appointment will incur a 25% fee, those made 24–12 hours before will incur a 50% fee, and cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. I deeply appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows me to create a consistent and relaxing experience for all guests. 🤍
